Today I taught a summer camp session in Boynton Beach. We discussed the food groups, tried new fruits and vegetables ( I made the
taster cards for the campers to take with them), we made chef hats, and we made a healthy snack! The campers were very adventurous and tried all the fruits and vegetables, even the yellow peppers. I was surprised to learn that they had not heard of a plum. Are the plums out of style now?
