#8 Thankful for a Food Borne Illness Free Feast

1. Make sure to thaw your turkey properly in the refridgerator for 1-2 days prior to cooking it.
2. Wash your hands often during food preparation.
3. Do not store raw meats above cooked foods or raw fruits/vegetables.
4. Make sure the turkey is cooked all the way through prior to serving.
5. Do not leave food unrefrigerated for more than 3 hours.
