Favorite Food of the Week

This past week I have been on a Romaine lettuce wrap kick- per se. I buy the whole leaves and fill them up with rice, vegetables and cheese. They are so delicious. I wanted to share this idea with fellow bloggers because they are a good way to make a new finger food, get whole grains and fruits or vegetables into the kids. They can use the leaves like little dishes and pile on what they want, then crunch away! This is better for kids 3 and up. What will you stuff your romaine leaves with?
