Tip #1

Don't skip meals!
Sometimes parents skip meals to save calories for the big meal. This is not a good idea for kids because it could lead to overeating during the big meal, which in turn, will make them feel lethargic and uncomfortable. Have snacks available for them throughout the day and stick to a regular schedule as much as possible.
