Did you know that there is a whole website dedicated to kids cooking? It's called Kids Cook Monday's. They advocate to pick a day and make it the day to cook with your child. They have recipes and even a cookbook.

Why is it important to cook with your child?

The top 2 reasons are that cooking with your kids builds kitchen confidence (as well as self confidence) and better eating habits.

Pick a night, a menu and pull up a safe stool for the kids to watch, mix, measure and smile.
