"Eat to Live...Don't Live to Eat"
-Not sure who said this :)
And if I could add to this I would say
"Eat Real to live...don't live to eat junk"
Healthy food in moderation is key to a healthy life. Teaching kids about "real" non-processed food is part of the equation as well. Parents and teachers should set a good example and model the same healthy habits. By modeling healthy habits, kids will learn that food nourishes our bodies and can make it either healthy and strong, or undernourished and set up for potential health disparities.
This is what I write about.
